Use of this and the Rosette Gault sites content is protected by US, Canada, and international copyright laws as such the content can’t be used for commercial purposes by others. Original content art, animation, audio, photographs and literary in both USA and Canada are formally registered. All rights reserved including translation unless written permission has been obtained. For Digital titles see note below. Contact us to report copyright infringement. If there's a dispute the USA laws will govern the use of this site.

Our mailing list and community is private at this time. If there are management changes in New Century Arts, Inc or Art Seed Books subscribers  will have advance notice.

We don't use cookies but consult our current site host (Adobe Portfolio) for their cookie policy.

For PRINT orders via PayPal or other method:

The price quoted for a single title includes shipping and handling and sales tax if WA state. What to expect: Your order will be shipped USPS ground (with tracking) from Seattle upon confirmation of funds from PayPal or other method (see below). Arrival dates vary from a few days but could be more than a week or so if if holidays or long distance is involved. If you don't receive your copy we'll track it right away.

Tracking for Print: is included. We are happy to arrange extras like signature, international quote, express or priority delivery, alternative carrier are subject to a surcharge. If we are sold out, shall we let you know when stock arrives? ( time weeks to months.) Print on demand is not set up yet

Which payment method is preferred? There are options to PayPal. Check or money order can be mailed to PO Box 9060, Seattle, WA 98109 if desired. Phone in credit card option is also available. All sales final. No refunds but we exchange print orders within 7 days if you pay shipping return plus our restocking/handling fee (minimum $5 per shipment). If damage in transit you must document by photo the condition of unopened package and contents so we are likely to replace one time only. Unused credit if any may be applied up to one year from sale date. Special request for extras like international or faster delivery are subject to surcharge.

For multiple order, Gift pack discounts begin at sets of 3 or more titles, email us to make arrangements. Dealers or bookstores wholesale terms are favorable.

To extend the life of color ink on your print books avoid leaving it/them in direct sun, moisture, etc, for any length of time. No guarantee or warranty can be made for this.

For DIGITAL Orders via Paypal or other method

Your download will arrive via a secure email link.Soon after, we get a notification from Paypal or payment is received here by another method and confirmed. You should get an email containing instructions.

It is our intent to exceed your expectation. If anything about your transaction isn't going as expected please give us a chance to resolve the technical matter in our system if thats where it is… before contacting PayPal. Sometimes internet, or interruptions beyond our control may delay briefly. Occasionally it is night, a weekend or holiday. This art studio is too small to be open 24/7.

Please do email us to confirm that you succeeded download because the download link is subject to change frequently for security. In the unlikely event that this happened to you, we'll find a remedy.
